2 (5-ounce) salmon fillets
½ teaspoon finely chopped lime zest
¼ cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion, soaked in water and drained
¼ cup olive oil
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
½ avocado, small dice
1 radish, sliced as thin as possible
